The Universal Banker position involves providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions, maintaining accurate records, and proper handling of all monies. The role requires delivering superior quality service by identifying and understanding clients' financial needs. Universal Bankers are cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular focus on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. This includes engaging clients, performing complex and standardized transactions, educating clients on digital self-service solutions, and participating in client outreach to identify needs and refer to appropriate team members or specialists. The role also involves adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling a proportionate volume of work based on branch demands.
