POSITION SUMMARY: This non-emempt hourly position reports to the Assistant Branch Manager or to the Branch Operations Manager and is an in office position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary role is to open new accounts; personal, business, & certificate of deposits, perform routine teller transactions in a cash intensive environment and provide basic customer service such as address changes, stop payments and other requests. Provide account opening information and ensure proper documentation is completed, scanned and entered on the computer system. Maintain a well-developed working knowledge of the complete line of bank products and services offered. Respond to all customer inquiries and service requests, providing prompt and accurate resolution of issues in a timely manner. Adhere to policies, procedures, regulatory banking requirements, and state and federal laws. This position also requires helping with teller duties including but not limited to acting as backup teller and scanning branch capture work as needed.
