As the primary interface with the customer, the Universal Banker exhibits a professional, business-like appearance and demeanor while assisting customers with financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing. Additional duties include keeping accurate records of all transactions, counting cash, answering phones, filing, and collecting payments. This hybrid role will also help customers by discovering financial needs, problem resolution, opening new deposit accounts, offering various products or services and helping the Branch meet sales goals, contributing to the success of the Bank. Tellers have an in-depth understanding of the banks systems and possess keyboarding and data entry skills necessary to perform daily tasks. STATEMENT OF EXPECTATIONS Chickasaw Community Bank (CCB) expects all employees to comply with the responsibilities of their assigned position to the highest degree of performance. Expectations include but are not limited to: Adhere to the bank’s policies and support management decisions and goals in a positive, professional manner Represent CCB with a high level of integrity and professionalism Maintain knowledge and understanding of banking rules, regulations, laws, and all policies and procedures Knowledge of applicable bank software, programs, and procedures Demonstrate a willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines Possess a work ethic that includes neatness and punctuality Exhibit a professional, business-like appearance, and demeanor Answer all voicemails and emails within 24 hours of receipt Confer with management concerning questions, procedures, necessary information, forms completion, and problem resolutions Complete and attend all required CCB training Maintain satisfactory attendance
