About The Position

This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers who prefer in-person banking services. The position focuses on delivering efficient, high-quality service by: understanding customer needs, processing routine transactions accurately, and explaining available banking options. The employee educates customers on products and service channels, makes appropriate referrals, and ensures financial transactions are handled in a friendly, secure, and accurate manner while maintaining proper records. Personalized service is a key component of this role.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or financial services is preferred, but is not required.
Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft software.
High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
