About The Position

Join Utah First Credit Union's vibrant team at our St. George, Utah branch as a full-time, 40-hours-a-week Universal Banker. We're on the lookout for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional service and helping customers navigate their financial journey. Branch hours for this role are between 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Mon-Fri and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM rotating Saturdays. Why Choose Us? A Day in the Life of a Universal Banker As a Universal Banker, you will generate consumer loans that benefit customers' lives. Your superb customer service skills allow you to build lasting relationships with our customers. You open new accounts. Within six months you will take loan applications and disburse loans. You capture business by cross-selling credit union products and services that meet needs and improve financial well-being. As a Universal Banker you complete transactions for a variety of requests: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, checks, etc. You serve customers in person and on the phone. Each month, you strive to meet and exceed individual and branch loan production goals. Universal Banker Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, minimum age: 18, previous experience in customer service and financial services, knowledge of consumer lending practices, strong proficiency in cash handling. Requirements
