The Universal Banker position involves providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions, maintaining accurate records, and handling all assigned monies properly. The role focuses on delivering superior quality service by identifying and understanding clients' financial needs. This position is cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular emphasis on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Key responsibilities include ensuring a consistent service level through client engagement, educating clients on digital self-service solutions, supporting team sales through client outreach, understanding IRM, participating in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines, advancing individual and product knowledge through training, adhering to internal controls and risk management policies, and serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
