About The Position

As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by performing various tasks, from processing teller transactions to handling service and sales requests. You will play a vital role in bridging both teller and platform services, ensuring that customers' needs are met efficiently. Your role will require you to understand their banking needs and recommend solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.

Requirements

• 1+ years of banking experience preferred, but we are open to candidates with a passion for learning.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a customer-first mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of banking transactions for customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Make outbound calls to generate sales, open accounts, and recommend the best products and services based on customer needs.
• Direct customers to the appropriate departments or subsidiaries for additional services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships by providing timely follow-ups, answering questions, and resolving concerns. Ensure customers are satisfied with their experience at Rhinebeck Bank.
• Perform bank operations tasks, complete reports, and manage administrative paperwork in line with bank procedures.
