Serve as a trusted resource for customers by opening a variety of SBSU accounts, assessing needs, and recommending products and services. Provide excellent customer service by resolving concerns, processing transactions, and balancing a cash drawer accurately. Use strong knowledge of bank accounts, regulations, and procedures to research issues, support relationship growth, and make referrals to specialized services.
