About The Position
The position involves providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all assigned monies. The role emphasizes delivering superior quality service by identifying and understanding the financial needs of clients. The employee will be cross-trained to support sales and service activities, particularly focusing on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Essential duties include providing a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with a friendly demeanor, facilitating courteous conversations, and conducting both complex and standardized transactions while uncovering client needs. The employee will educate clients on digital, self-service solutions, including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking, to enhance their service experience. Additionally, the employee will support the team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities. Understanding the importance of Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) is crucial to seamlessly deliver Truist expertise and solutions tailored to clients' unique needs. The employee will also participate fully in all components of the established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines and commit to advancing individual and product knowledge to better serve consumer and business clients. The role requires adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, staying informed of all changes in policies and procedures to ensure compliance. The employee will serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services to clients and prospects, handling a proportionate volume of work based on branch demands.
