About The Position

This is a full-time position available in Warminster, PA. The role involves modeling Q2 Service and Sales programs with creativity and energy to achieve goals and meet quality standards. The individual will build customer relationships by representing QNB in a courteous, confidential, and professional manner, providing prompt and efficient service in processing transactions through consultative selling and cross-selling. Responsibilities include evaluating customer needs, opening and servicing deposit products, performing branch functions, assisting in training personnel, and supporting community involvement.

Requirements

  • Must be proficient in all aspects of the job.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Complete Universal Banker Certification Checklist.
  • Interpersonal skills to represent the Bank positively.
  • Successful in motivating team members in QNB's Service Excellence.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 25-30-pound coin bags.
  • Strong communication skills to identify and fulfill customer needs.
  • Strong reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
  • Compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008.
  • Must fulfill re-certification of Universal Banker I requirements annually.
  • PA Notary.
  • Ability to solve problems and work without supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Successful completion of Banking Fundamentals and Consumer Lending.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to champion Q2 Sales and Service.

Responsibilities

  • Models Q2 Service and Sales programs with creativity and energy.
  • Builds customer relationships by representing QNB in a courteous, confidential, and professional manner.
  • Evaluates customer needs through open-ended questions and refers customers to appropriate resources.
  • Opens, closes, and services every type of deposit product, including loans.
  • Performs branch functions requiring in-depth knowledge of transactions.
  • Ensures daily office settlement.
  • Assists in the training of personnel and may participate in committees.
  • Prepares branch cash and settlement.
  • Relates to others beyond giving and receiving instructions.
  • Supports community involvement through local volunteer and charitable organizations.
  • Completes assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
  • Available for all operating branch hours, including holidays and weekends.
  • Assumes additional job-related duties as requested.
