About The Position

Requirements

• 2 or more years of customer service experience required.
• 1 or more years of cash handling or retail banking experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office products.

Nice To Haves

• Cross selling experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer financial profiles to identify needs and opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling banking products.
• Establish, expand, and retain high-value consumer and business client relationships to drive financial growth.
• Communicate proactively with clients to educate them on products, resolve issues, and solicit feedback to improve services.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts, ensuring compliance with Bank Secrecy Act requirements.
• Work on the teller line as needed, performing transactions and handling complex customer interactions.
• Provide backup support to other branches and assist in onboarding new clients.
• Mentor and train colleagues, promoting ethical sales behaviors in line with the bank's core values.
