• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and work weekends or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and conducting transactions while uncovering their needs.
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions to enhance their service experience.
• Support team sales processes through client outreach and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand and implement Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines and commit to ongoing product knowledge advancement.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies, staying informed of changes in procedures.
• Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
