About The Position
The Universal Banker - Member Services Specialist (MSS) serves as a knowledgeable consultant responsible for providing high-level support to members visiting a branch or calling through the contact center. The MSS engages members and educates them about Foothill’s products and services, handling requests from routine to complex situations. The role seeks opportunities to provide members with new or underutilized products and services, answers member questions regarding Credit Union products and services, and is responsible for achieving established cross-selling goals while actively supporting organizational goals and promotions. The MSS must embrace the Credit Union's mission to improve the member's financial health by providing exceptional member experience and excellent financial products and services across all channels.
