Requirements

• One to three years of experience in customer service, sales and cash handling or related experience required
• Demonstrated high level of flexible interpersonal skills, customer service, trustworthiness, credibility and diplomacy required

Responsibilities

• Open personal and business deposit accounts
• Cross-sell bank products and services
• Process consumer loans
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer and internal inquiries in a timely, professional and accurate manner
• Complete relationship development activities
