The Universal Banker I is a key customer service role, the “face” of UFB. One who will provide high quality customer service in a friendly and efficient manner to existing and potential customers. This position conducts frontline banking functions such as providing teller services, promotes and educates customers on available products and services, opens new accounts, manages cash in vault and teller drawers, and assists management as needed. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
