Requirements

• Universal Banker I: 6+ months in cash-handling, retail, or hospitality.
• Universal Banker II: 1+ year in banking OR 2+ years in customer service/cash-handling. Degree in a related field can replace experience.
• Universal Banker III: 3+ years of banking experience. Leadership and mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, handle transactions, and make their day better.
• Assist with everything from deposits and withdrawals to account management and loan payments.
• Get to know your customers and help them plan, save, and succeed financially.
• Suggest products and services that actually make a difference.
• Learn new systems, keep up with regulations, and level up with ongoing training.
• Step up when management is away, mentor new teammates, and keep operations running smoothly.
