Under the supervision of the Manager, this position is responsible for creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences by engaging clients with outstanding customer service. The role involves ensuring that clients understand how digital and mobile alternatives can facilitate their banking transactions quickly and efficiently. Additionally, the position requires introducing and selling financial services to customers to meet their short- and long-term needs, as identified through profiling and knowledge of products and services. The individual will also process all types of financial transactions for clients, balance their own cash, and assist with vault, ATM cash recycler, and armored car duties.
