The Universal Banker, also known as the Member Experience Specialist I, plays a vital role within Lighthouse Credit Union, serving as the first point of contact for members and providing essential banking services. Located in Lebanon, NH, this full-time position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, including a rotating Saturday schedule from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The pay starts at $19 per hour, with additional incentives available. In this role, the Universal Banker will fulfill member requests and actively seek opportunities to promote products and services, thereby deepening member relationships and achieving credit union objectives. The specialist will also prepare and disburse loans within established lending limits and guidelines, while promoting ancillary products that protect members' interests. Accuracy and efficiency in processing transactions such as deposits, payments, and withdrawals are crucial, as is maintaining privacy and security throughout all interactions.
