About The Position
The Universal Banker Floater is highly visible and accessible to our customers, providing exceptional service and assisting customers with all of their banking needs. The Banker performs front line customer service and sales including accurately opening and closing accounts, performing account maintenance, profiling customers for new sales and cross sell opportunities, and for performing basic Teller functions as needed. The Universal Banker Floater role requires local travel between branches to support customer and business needs. Locations include Chicago Heights, Frankfort, Palos Heights, Flossmoor, South Holland, and Hegewisch.
