Requirements

• A genuine passion for helping people and serving your community.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales or customer service experience (financial experience preferred, but not required).
• Willingness to travel between branches and work Saturday hours.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for members, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
• Travel between branches in your territory, supporting teams and engaging with members in person.
• Assist members with opening accounts, loan products, teller transactions, and more.
• Educate members about convenient services like online banking and mobile banking.
• Collaborate with colleagues, mentor team members, and help improve branch operations.
• Actively participate in outreach and networking to grow member relationships.
• Support members with their borrowing needs, provide financial education, and identify solutions.
