About The Position
The position specializes in enhancing the customer experience at the branch through sales, service, and digital engagement for both Consumer and Business Banking customers. The role supports daily operations as a Teller, addressing customer service and sales needs as required by the assigned branch. The Float Universal Banker will frequently travel to different branches within a designated area to assist branch staff as needed.
