About The Position

Boot Factory Outlet in Gulfport has an exciting opportunity!!

As a Universal Associate, you’ll play a key role across multiple departments, supporting sales, customer service, merchandising, and stock. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly the point.

Requirements

• A positive, team-first attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to interact with customers. Strong communication skills are a must.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Comfort working in different areas of the store
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• High School Diploma or GED
• Essential Physical Requirements: (Lifting up to 10 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift)
• Ability to be on your feet for your entire shift.
• Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
• Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
• Ability to climb ladders, when needed to retrieve stock.
• Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Retail experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service on the sales floor
• Assist customers with product selection, questions, and checkout
• Support merchandising, stocking, and visual standards
• Help with receiving shipments and maintaining inventory accuracy
• Step in across departments based on daily business needs
• Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales and service goals
