About The Position
Celtic Property Management is hiring a full time Cleaner to join our team at The Reserve at Westpark, an affordable housing community of single family homes. This role is essential in preparing homes for move in and keeping our community clean, safe, and welcoming for our residents. This is a Monday through Friday position reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor. Responsibilities
- Preparing vacant homes for new residents by completing detailed move in ready cleans after maintenance work is completed.
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, appliances, cabinets, fixtures, and interior surfaces.
- Cleaning the leasing office daily
- Maintaining the community room
- Helping with trash pickup and light grounds cleanup when no homes are scheduled for cleaning.
