Supervise daily MP&L operations supporting prototype programs. Develop and manage material plans to meet changing build schedules and engineering revisions. Ensure timely, receipt, storage, and delivery of components to build areas. Monitor inventory levels, accuracy, and obsolescence; lead cycle counts and reconciliation efforts. Coordinate with Engineering, Program & Pre-Production Management (PPM), Prototype vehicle plants, Quality, and Production to resolve material shortages and part changes. Drive continuous improvement in material flow, warehouse layout, and logistics processes. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, inventory and kit accuracy, and shortage reduction. Coach, train, and evaluate team member performance to maintain high achievement and accountability. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, collective bargaining agreements, and company policies.
