Dallas, TX 75231 Work hours: Full-Time, Days, 36 hours weekly, 9:00am - 9:00pm, Rotating weekend and holiday requirements. Medical Surgical Department Highlights: 12-bed, Level 1 trauma unit. Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year of healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Possesses organizational skills to function in a fast-paced work environment, positive interpersonal skills, and good verbal and written communication skills.
- CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Required
Responsibilities
- Performs all tasks to meet the needs of physicians, staff, patient, and other customers.
- Demonstrates acceptable organizational skills.
- Communicates effectively.
- Interactions include consideration for patient population specific needs.
- Takes action to reduce/eliminate patient risks.
