About The Position
Job Summary: The Unit Secretary is an employee who performs assigned clerical duties. This employee prepares, complies, and maintains patient records and functions as the unit receptionist. Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Possesses the ability to relate effectively to patients, their families, physicians, staff, and all others using proper channels of communication.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
Nice To Haves
- Completion of unit secretary course preferred.
- Some use of medical terminology desirable.
- Experience preferred but not required.
