Organization: SRMC-Sutter Roseville Med Center Position Overview: Under the direction of a licensed nurse, participates in the pt/family care and experience through teamwork, effective communication, basic care skills, customer service skills, and clerical skills. Job Description: EDUCATION Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience Other: Successful completion of medical terminology course. Other: Currently enrolled in an accredited LVN or RN school program, or successful completion of a nurses assistant training program. or equivalent education/experience LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATIONS BLS-Basic Life Support PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN: Current nurses assistant experience. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Must have demonstrated knowledge of effective English written and communication skills and basic computer proficiency skills. Under the direction of RN/LVN, manages multiple demands in an ever-changing environment. Employees of Sutter Health and its entities may handle hazardous drugs in the course of their work, including patient care, which requires them to manage, store, prepare, receive, unpack, transport, dispose of, or administer drugs identified as hazardous or potentially hazardous by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and in accordance with the USP 800 guidelines. Pay Range is $30.17 to $36.80 / hour The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience
• Successful completion of medical terminology course
• Currently enrolled in an accredited LVN or RN school program, or successful completion of a nurses assistant training program. or equivalent education/experience
• BLS-Basic Life Support
• Must have demonstrated knowledge of effective English written and communication skills and basic computer proficiency skills
