About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Perform receptionist and clerical duties related to the nursing unit.
  • Update and organize information and supplies on the nursing unit.
  • Coordinate work within the unit and with other departments.
  • Report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from staff, patients, and visitors.
  • Support patient care delivery by facilitating communication.
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments as needed.
  • Call physician offices and provide accurate information to affiliated providers.
