We are seeking an experienced Unit Sales Representative specializing in mining equipment to drive growth, build lasting customer relationships, and deliver exceptional service. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with strong industry knowledge and a passion for customer success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of mining equipment
  • Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities independently
  • Proficient with CRM systems and basic computer applications

Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of mining equipment
  • Deliver “Silver Service” by providing exceptional customer support and responsiveness
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within an assigned customer base
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
  • Maintain and expand customer database, including accurate and up-to-date records
  • Track and manage equipment ownership within assigned accounts
  • Provide customers with financial guidance and solutions to support purchasing decisions
  • Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection
  • Monitor and control sales-related expenses
  • Submit regular reports summarizing account activity and performance
  • Support the Sales Manager with projects and initiatives
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
