About The Position

The Store Processor is responsible for meeting the production goals of the store. This role involves pre-sorting, quality sorting, hanging, and tagging of products destined for the sales floor. Key duties include receiving product donations, identifying usable and saleable items according to guidelines, and ensuring production targets are met within specified timeframes. The processor also contributes to maintaining store cleanliness through sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal, as well as organizing hangers and racks. Compliance with all safety, security, company, and store policies, including opening/closing tasks, pricing, markdowns, and accurate paperwork, is essential. Additionally, the role involves receiving and verifying merchandise from the warehouse and vendors, and participating in required training.

Requirements

• Ability to pass pre-screenings such as background or drug screenings.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to fifty (50) lbs., with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Receive product donations from donors.
• Determine usable and saleable items as specified in guidelines for acceptable donations.
• Meet production targets within specified time period.
• Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash cans, and insuring hangers and racks are orderly.
• Follow all required safety and security procedures.
• Maintain compliance to all company policy and procedures as well as store policies to include but not limited to: opening and closing tasks, pricing, markdowns, and accurate, timely completion of required paperwork.
• Receive and verify merchandise incoming to the location from warehouse and vendors.
• Participate in training as required.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
