Atrium Centers is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our team. As a Unit Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the nursing services for all licensed units, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, administering, and directing a broad program of nursing services under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON). This position requires a strong commitment to quality care and the ability to lead a team effectively. In this role, you will assess, evaluate, and provide direct care and related services for residents in accordance with their individualized care plans. You will administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Additionally, you will supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants, fostering a positive and productive work environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about caring for and improving the lives of our residents, with a strong background in nursing and management in a long-term care setting.
