About The Position

The Unit Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the nursing department and the care provided to the residents we serve. The Unit Manager will serve as a leader to the nursing team, providing ongoing guidance and direction to staff RNs, LPNs and STNAs. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader and possess strong clinical and assessment skills. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the RN Unit Manager will play an integral part in our high-quality clinical outcomes and service excellence. Requirements

  • Current Ohio nurse license in good standing with the Ohio Board of Nursing
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • A minimum of two (2) year of supervisory nursing experience preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Post-acute care experience preferred
  • Experience with PointClickCare EMR preferred
