ROLE DESCRIPTION The Unit Manager assists in supporting and leading their individually assigned collection group to accomplish monthly goals, and coordinates with the Collection Manager to enforce company and client policies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain personal collection goal without falling below 100% of revenue goal for two consecutive months. Provide aid and leadership to their individually assigned collection group. Teach and grow individual staff members' negotiation, tasking, and talk-off skills, while managing a personal collector budget. Maintain minimal administrative tasks at a maximum of 1 hour per day. Aid the Collection Manager in enforcing company policies. Perform other duties as assigned.
