Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
- Current CPR Certification
- Demonstrate excellent clinical, customer service, and leadership skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous managerial or supervisory experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, manage, and evaluate resident care and unit operations
- Monitor to ensure appropriate and timely nursing documentation
- Communicate pertinent information regarding patient care and conditions to providers and patient representatives
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures
