Requirements
- Active South Carolina RN license

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessments and individualized care plans.
- Maintain open, ongoing communication with patients and families to promote involvement in care decisions.
- Supervise LPNs and other nursing staff, fostering a supportive team culture.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
