About The Position

The RN Unit Manager at The Pines at Catskill is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the nursing staff within a dedicated unit, ensuring the delivery of quality care and fostering a positive work environment. Requirements

• Valid state RN nursing license
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
