Requirements

South Carolina Registered Nurse, RN Nursing license preferred.
South Carolina LPN License. Will consider LPN with management experience.

Responsibilities

Working with the interdisciplinary care team, to assure accurate patient assessment and development/revision of individualized plans of care.
