About The Position
Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking a dedicated Unit Manager LPN to fill a full-time position in our skilled nursing facility. Each Unit Manager team member supports the individual needs of the elders in our care. Through strong personal relationships and knowledgeable decision-making at the facility, we pride ourselves on obtaining an extraordinary nursing staff for our residents. The Unit Manager will supervise and direct nurses, staff and patients within your unit. Requirements
- An active Massachusetts state LPN license is required.
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Complete RN/LPN assessments and documentation.
- Investigate resident accidents/incidents and update care plans with resolutions.
- Conduct wound rounds and wound care treatments.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Oversee RN, LPN and CNA work.
