About The Position

This individual provides support to the Regional Manager to provide excellent customer service to our corporate client. The position will directly manage in-house and/or 3rd party soft service providers including but not limited to janitorial, landscaping, snow removal, trash & recycling, waste management, pest control, and mail/shipping. The ideal individual directly manages the team that provides janitorial, mail/shipping, and business services support. You will develop and maintain a strong working relationship with our client.

Requirements

3-5 years of industry experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Client Relations and Customer Service Oriented
Team leadership Abilities; Staffing Recruiting, Development and Relations
Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving and analytical skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
Must be willing to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

Provide financial reporting as required.
Asist in vendor contract development and procure goods and services through Compass and Client systems.
Manage requisitions and POs and receipt invoices upon delivery or completion of work.
Act collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and customer service focus.
Work closely with the site Management team on day-to-day operations and assist the Regional Manager in planning the facilities team’s goals and objectives.
Ensure appropriate follow-up with customers.
Establishes work standards and workflow.
Seek to continuously improve processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction.
Any and all other tasks and duties assigned.
