This role is aligned to the Diamond Infrastructure Solutions (“Diamond Infra”) company and will be seconded from Dow to Diamond Infrastructure Solutions until January 1, 2027. At that time, the role will become directly aligned to the Diamond Infrastructure Solutions Company. About this role We have an exciting role for a Unit Leader in Seadrift (TX). In this role, you will be a key interface point to Site Integration and the Seadrift site production facilities. This role provides unique opportunities to interface with multiple stakeholders across the entire site to ensure critical utilities needs are met and that maintenance and turnaround activities are well coordinated to minimize production plant impact. In addition, you will serve as a vital resource for Operations by applying technical skills to optimize plant operations, resolve plant problems, and enable safe and efficient production of low cost, quality products. This role supports the business in meeting goals, providing influential leadership, and mentoring for operations personnel. The Unit Leader will fulfill Run Plant Engineer responsibilities for an area of the Energy and Environment Operations facilities.
