This role involves ensuring that food is prepared and served according to dietary guidelines and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, and providing excellent customer service. The Unit Host is responsible for obtaining patients' meal orders in-person, ensuring they align with dietary restrictions and physician-prescribed diets.
