Unit Heads are members of the Administrative Team in the Summer. Unit Heads are responsible for managing the well-being of their assigned unit. Each unit contains 3-5 bunks (groups) of children: Chamudim (Kindergarten), Noar (1st-2nd grade), Kochavim (3rd-4th grade), and Giborim (5th-6th grade). It is expected that all Unit Heads will understand and promote the Shalom Austin and JCamps missions and objectives while providing the best camp experience for the campers and their families.
