The primary purpose of this position is to function as the Unit Deployment Manager ensuring assigned personnel are qualified and ready to meet Air Expeditionary Force requirements. The role involves planning, organizing, and overseeing all unit level deployment activities, configuring and maintaining functional Unit Type Codes (UTCs) as postured by MAJCOM FAMs using available unit assets. The incumbent will perform analysis activities, establish metric and system analysis systems for unit and higher level management to assess efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory procedures, and provide technical guidance and recommendations to senior leadership regarding the unit deployment program.
