Brain Injury Services (BIS) helps children and adults with a brain injury build the skills and confidence they need to lead a fulfilling and productive life. Under the general supervision of the Senior Manager of Day Programs, the Unit Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for the development and implementation of a day program for persons with brain injuries based on the Clubhouse model. The Unit Coordinator ensures that all unit activities align with participants' individual goals and the organizational mission. The ideal candidate should understand how groups work and grow, be able to bring people together to build a sense of community, support teamwork and learning among groups, and lead in a way that encourages participation and collaboration.
