Where You Will Work Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM) is the primary division of Stanley Black & Decker Aerospace. We are a leading innovator and strategic partner in the manufacturing of fasteners, fittings, and engineered products for the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. CAM is currently comprised of nine subsidiaries across the United States split among three segments. The Unit Coordinator ensures throughput targets are achieved in a safe, timely, quality, cost efficient and productive manner. Manages production schedules to fulfill orders; is accountable for the achievement of area performance objectives, product quality and variable costs; ensures employees are accurately trained, assigned specific duties, coached, disciplined, and rewarded; and always optimizes equipment availability, cycle times, and overall continual improvement. Position Summary: Direct knowledge and oversight of the following areas: CNC, Point, Shave, Trim, Drill, Fillet Roll. Safety adherence, Quality adherence, scheduling, trouble shooting, CNC programing and editing, maintain daily TOC targets, maintain manufacturing standards according to prints, departmental 5S standards, maintain tooling inventory.
