Unit Coordinator
About The Position
Foundations Behavioral Health is currently hiring a full-time Unit Coordinator to join our team in Doylestown, PA supporting children, adolescents, and young adults with autism, intellectual disabilities, and behavioral challenges. This role offers convenient Monday – Friday day schedule with a full-time benefits package! Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Ability to organize and attend to details with accuracy.
- Must demonstrate familiarity with common office machines and standard software applications.
- Must possess strong communication skills, including verbal and written, as well as be able to effectively multi-task.
- Office skills, such as organizing, filing, and scheduling.
- Respiratory Fit testing is a requirement of the job
Responsibilities
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Working under the supervision of Nurse manager taking direction and accommodating clerical needs.
- Maintaining records in accordance with company policy.
- Preparing patient charts for surveys and accreditation visits.
- All other duties as assigned.
