As the heartbeat of our department’s admin operations, you’ll be the master of coordination—handling requests, assisting staff, patients, and visitors, and keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine. Think of yourself as the superhero of organization, ensuring that no detail goes unnoticed! You'll also dive into data like a detective—maintaining spreadsheets, tracking logs, and crafting reports that turn numbers into actionable insights. And as the trusted right-hand to our Department Director and Clinical Team Manager, you’ll help keep our team on the path to success. Working at University Health is about making a difference. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Experience as a unit clerk or in a medical support role
  • Knowledge of medical terminology or coursework
