JOB SUMMARY Performs a variety of secretarial duties including answering phone, entering orders into computer system and maintains integrity of patient charts.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Requires the ability to exercise discretion and use good judgment to perform duties promptly and consistently with little direction.
- Work is subject to general review only and requires considerable accuracy and responsibility.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Requires the ability to recognize problem situations and refer them to the appropriate staff member.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced education in the health coordinator field preferred.
- Six (6) months experience in health care or other comparable field preferred.
- Healthcare Unit Coordinator certification preferred.
