  • Oversee cash handling, especially with concession sales.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
  • Provide unit financial support for weekly flash projections.
  • Participate in final budget reviews and forecast updates.
  • Conduct monthly analysis of financial performance for clients or suppliers.
  • Manage accounting and reconciliation of contract activities as assigned.
  • Conduct client or contract specific reporting and analysis.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong financial knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
  • Knowledge of Access database preferred.
