About The Position
Unit Clerk - Labor and Delivery - Part time Nights Make a lasting first impression on a New York-Presbyterian nursing unit by meeting and greeting patients and family members in need of a compassionate ear and calm direction. In this role, you will coordinate appointments and perform general clerical duties at the unit nursing station to assure the timely, efficient and accurate flow of patient information; welcome and direct visitors and hospital colleagues to appropriate areas; and page nurses and answer phones on your unit. This is a part time , night shift position at New York-Presbyterian/Lower Manhattan Hospital. weekend and Holiday requirement . Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of previous clerical experience in a hospital
